Allow keys not on my keyboard

I frequently use 65% and smaller keyboards, it'd be great if the TourBox software allowed me to program/enter keys that do not exist on my physical keyboard so I don't have to either remap a key on my board or grab another board just to program a shortcut into TourBox. F13-F24 key and Media key support would also be greatly appreciated. The ability to have multiple pages of a layout on TourBox would be awesome as well, layer switching could be done using the C1 and C2 buttons.
